　　7. To develop the emulational system of E-business.
　　8. To design the software of financial management system for telecommunication enterprises.
　　9. To develop online educational system.
　　10. To develop the management system of equipment rooms.
　　11. To develop various training courses and textbooks adaptable to employees of telecommunication industry in Guangdong Province.
　　12. To execute the study and regularization of network optimization of the fixed telecommunication network in Guangdong Province, by cooperating with Guangdong Telecommunication Scientific Research Institute.
　　13. To execute the study and regularization of network optimization of the mobile network, by cooperating with Guangdong Mobile Telecommunication Company.
　　14. To develop new value-added service by making use of the existing exchanger platform, through the cooperation with Guangdong Provincial Telecommunication Company.
　　15. To study and develop the monitoring and management systems of the leading optical fiber communication transmission networks all over Guangdong Province.
